Guest Rules & Safety

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask our guests to follow these guidelines during their time at Exora Spark homes.

Booking Terms

All guests must be 21+ to book. A valid ID and security deposit are required. Bookings are confirmed only after payment verification.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund up to 15 days before check-in. No refunds after that period.

Property Care

Please treat our homes with respect. No parties, no smoking indoors, and quiet hours from 10 PM. Leave the property in a reasonable state.

  • Regular maintenance checks and property audits
  • Mandatory high-speed internet and utility reliability
  • Professional cleaning protocols between guest stays
  • Standardized furnishing and amenity requirements
  • Accurate listing representation and photography
